First, please try logging out and logging back in. Just so you know, the red banner at the top will disappear after a few seconds, allowing you to log out.
If the issue continues, here are some troubleshooting steps that have helped other learners:
- Turn off your Wi-Fi/mobile data
- Enable Airplane Mode
- Open the Mimo App
- Navigate to the Profile tab
- Turn off Airplane Mode and enable Wi-Fi/mobile data
- Under Profile/ Settings, tap Log Out
- Fully close the app, then reopen it
- Log Back In
