On the mobile app:
- Log out of your account
- Reinstall the app
- Complete a different chapter first (e.g., in another path)
- Go back to the chapter you're stuck on. This often forces the progress to sync correctly.
On the web version:
Clear your site data and cookies:
- Open the Mimo website in Google Chrome
- Right-click anywhere and select Inspect
- Go to the Application tab
- Click on Storage and clear the data
- Then refresh the page and check your progress again.
