- Turn off your Wi-Fi/mobile data
- Enable Airplane Mode
- Open the Mimo App
- Navigate to the Profile tab
- Turn off Airplane Mode and enable Wi-Fi/mobile data
- Under Profile/ Settings, tap Log Out
- Fully close the app, then reopen it
- Log Back In
