- the Mimo website (https://getmimo.com/settings).
Note: if you can't see Mimo in your list of subscriptions on the App Store or Google Play, you might have subscribed through the website. If you can't see the subscription anywhere, you might have created multiple Mimo accounts. Please double-check your email address in the Mimo app.
