If you're experiencing issues with your subscription, please make sure that you're actually logged in with the account you've bought the subscription for. If you are, navigate to the settings screen and hit Restore purchases. If that doesn't solve the issue, try logging out and back in again.
If neither of the above solved your issue, try the following:
- Log out of the app
- Delete the app from your device
- Reinstall the app
- Log back in
