How to get a refund depends on where you purchased your subscription:
If you've subscribed through the Mimo Android app within the last 48 hours, please request a refund from Google Play.
If you subscribed through the Mimo iOS app, only Apple can manage your subscription. This means you'll need to request a refund from Apple. If you need help, check out the instructions on how to request a refund from Apple. We're very sorry for the inconvenience!
If you subscribed through the Mimo website, we'll help you with your refund. Please submit a request and remember to attach your receipt.
